Acceptance of Terms of Service
WebDirectori submission services are offered under the terms and conditions outlined below, which may change in the future and without notice to you. Webdirectori.com reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any or all of this agreement. By completing the submission form and clicking the "Continue" button, you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Description of Services
Webdirectori.com provides a fee(FOR NOW Featured Links only) based editorial review and consideration of your web site for inclusion into the WebDirectori. By submitting a web site, you acknowledge that the fee is for the review and consideration of your web site and does not guarantee inclusion within the directory. You further agree that if your web site is accepted, your continued inclusion is subject to an annual editorial review and fee.
Webdirectori will complete this review and respond to your request within five (5) business days from the date of the confirmation of payment, excluding holidays and any delays associated with accessing your web site or processing your request.
Nothing in this agreement obligates Webdirectori to accept, list or link to your site from anywhere on the directory. You further acknowledge that if accepted, nothing in this agreement obligates webdirectori.com to place your site as suggested in regards to title, description or specific category.
Guidelines for Submission
For your site to be included into the directory, it should meet the following criteria:
Do not submit sites with popup windows and other technologies that interfere with viewing the main content of the site
Do not submit sites that have too many keywords and are created specially for Search Engines
Do not submit mirror sites that have the same content, but different URLs
The site must have a regular and correct URL, not an IP, but only a URL
Do not submit sites that are under construction. Make sure that all images and links on your site work properly
Do not submit sites that redirect visitors to another site
The site must be in English
The following sites will not be included into the directory:
Sites containing any adult materials will not be included
Adult sites containing obviously sexual image galleries
Sites mostly containing sex stories that have no literary value
Sites selling sex toys only or together with other products
Sites containing links to other adult sites
Sites containing sex-oriented advertisements
Sites selling or advertising sex-oriented medicines
Sites containg any illegal materials
Sites containing libel, child pornography, materials violating the copyright
Sites containing the propaganda of violence, hatred or fraud
Sites containing pirate software or links to other sites that contain it
Sites selling or advertising weapons, drugs and other illegal products
Sites containing the following content
Sites containing any gambling online games, such as roulette, poker, bingo, etc. as well as advertisements of gambling houses
Sites mostly consisting of affiliate links
Sites created only for displaying AdSense advertisements and other similar advertisements
Sites with poor design and with a lot of advertisements
Pricing
A featured listing can be submitted to the top categories and the payment made towards it (35$ USD) is valid for a year. After the lapse of the one year period, the featured listing would be converted to a regular listing and moved to the appropriate sub category.
Terms
We reserve the right to place listings in the category we consider most
appropriate.
We reserve the right to modify the title and description of submissions.
We reserve the right to remove your listing without prior notification.

If your site is rejected you will have your review fee refunded.
